SHIPPING
Missing order or stolen items
unfortunately once the items have been shipped it is literally out of our hands, any missing or stolen items is the responsibility of the shipping company and person responsible for placing order and sent address
(however there are partial orders)
International orders
we ship international however out of U.S shipping may see a slight increase in their shipping cost
Tracking
once the order is made and shipped out you will be sent an message or email related to your order with tracking info
Wrong address
If you noticed the address is wrong after placing an order you have 1-2 days to change or cancel the order.
If order has been shipped and the address is one that doesn't exist or is considered insufficient by shipping company, the item(s) will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
if the item(s) has been shipped with a sufficient address but it is not the one you wanted please get in contact with the shipping company used for your item(s) in the tracking code sent out to request a address change or see if it can be picked up at their office
Partial order received
If you receive part of your order don't worry! some items get fulfilled and shipped at different times please check your tracking to make sure it shows which items have already been shipped and yet to be shipped and if you still have doubts, contact us
Expected time frames
in north America expected times are mostly 1-2 weeks after an order is produced and shipped
international orders may take longer

unsatisfied with your product? send it back to us within 30 days
we stand by our designs, products and if its not to your liking we shall honor it
Changing or cancelling an order
Changing after you place an order you have 1-2 days to cancel or change it before production starts

Wrong, misprinted or damaged order
if your order is in any of these conditions please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to get it sorted out immediately
